Each bag is typically handmade to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way. If you need your order sooner, please email us at support@stitchesfordinner.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping on All Purchases - Domestic and International

Canada

  • Standard: 3-5 business days (via Canada Post)
  • Express: 1-2 business days (via Canada Post)

USA

  • Standard: 4-8 business days (via Canada Post or UPS)
  • Express: 2-3 business days (via Canada Post or UPS)

International

  • Standard: 5-9 business days
  • Express: 4-7 business days

Please Note: Orders from outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. STITCHES FOR DINNER is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

Considering the nature of our product, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated at this time, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us support@stitchesfordinner.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Crochet materials naturally adjust with weight over time, so we suggest avoiding excessive loads to ensure longevity of the strap and bag.
